We’ve described the 30 x 30 Land Grab in the past as our nation marching towards Socialism. When the government owns 30 or even 50 percent of the nation, then we’ve effectively given up security and our ability to hold our government accountable.
The Heartland Institute, a nonprofit public policy research organization based in Arlington Heights, Illinois, whose mission is to promote free-market solutions to social and economic problems, issued an alarming report on the 2022 midterm elections.
“An Analysis of Socialist Candidates in the 2022 Midterm Election” lists socialist and far-left progressive candidates who ran for office in the midterm elections for 2022. The list includes candidates for U.S. House, U.S. Senate, and state-level public offices. They determined who these candidates were by their endorsements.
Specifically, they found candidates endorsed by Our Revolution (OR), the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and/or the Progressive Democrats of America (PDA). According to Heartland’s analysis, all three of these organizations openly advocate for overtly socialist policies and causes.
In 2022, these organizations supported 132 elections in 26 states. Heartland tracked 78 state-level positions, 50 U.S. House seats, and four U.S. Senate races. An astounding 120 of the 132 candidates won their election with only 12 losing – a 91 percent wining ratio of socialist candidates.
In addition, the Heartland researchers tracked results from the 2018 and 2020 elections. In 2018, they identified 86 socialist candidates who won less than 40 percent of their races. However, in 2020, they identified 266 socialist candidates with more than 90 percent winning their races.
They concluded that these socialist organizations are “pragmatically targeting Democratic bastions to replace ‘establishment’ Democrats with radical socialists.” See 2022 list here.
OR advocates for Sen. Bernie Sanders’ (I-VT), a self-described socialist, policy agenda. One of their main causes is the Green New Deal to fight “climate change” and the use of “fossil fuels.”
30 x 30’s stated goal is to take at least 30 percent of our nation’s land and water by 2030 to fight “climate change.” These far-left candidates all support the Green New Deal and, more than likely, support the taking of our land and making it part of the federal government’s domain.
The PDA was founded in 2004 to transform the Democratic Party and America by promoting far-left policies throughout the United States. They have obviously accomplished their goal of transforming the Democratic Party and millions of Americans into believing in socialist policies as witnessed by the number of elections they have won since 2018.
If Americans don’t stop these candidates from winning elections, one day we will all wake up in the Socialist Republic of America!
