For the four years Biden was in office, his administration falsified scientific data to intentionally mislead the American public on issues ranging from Covid-19 guidance to climate change nonsense.
President Trump signed an Executive Order in May that stated: “My Administration is committed to restoring a gold standard for science to ensure that federally funded research is transparent, rigorous, and impactful, and that Federal decisions are informed by the most credible, reliable, and impartial scientific evidence available.
No longer will science be used as a fearmongering weapon to steal taxpayer dollars and promote delusional agendas like the Green New Deal Scam that stole billions of federal tax dollars to pay off unscrupulous scientists and those who promoted the lies.
Trump ordered the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) in consultation with relevant agencies to issue guidance for implementing “Gold Standard Science (GSS).”
GSS means science that can be, among other qualities, “reproducible, transparent, collaborative and interdisciplinary, subject to unbiased peer review, and without conflicts of interest.”
The EO goes even further stating federal employees “shall not engage in scientific misconduct nor knowingly rely on information resulting from scientific misconduct,” or subject to national security or sensitive personal or confidential business information, “make publicly available data, analyses, and conclusions that affects public policies” made by Congress and federal agencies.
All federal agencies affected by this EO are to name a senior appointee who will oversee all scientific information released and make sure it is correct and is consistent with and does not violate the EO.
The purpose of agency use of Gold Standard Science will “spur innovation, translate discovery to success, and ensure continued American strength and global leadership in technology.”
