It’s all a myth, according to 1,609 scientists who have formed the Global Climate Intelligence Group called CLINTEL.
They are publicly saying “there is no climate emergency” and that they “strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy” the Biden administration and other governments are pushing, as reported by Just the News.
One of the reasons this group has emerged is the fear Biden is going to declare a climate emergency and seize powers like the U.S. and other governments did during the COVID pandemic.
If this happens, many fear it will give broad and unchecked authority to shut down oil and gas exploration and exportation, all communications and infrastructure, like water and electricity, all in the name of “saving the planet.”
Two of the CLINTEL scientists are Nobel Prize laureates. One is Dr. John F. Clauser, winner of the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics who has said:
“Misguided climate science has metastasized into massive shock-journalistic pseudoscience. In turn, the pseudoscience has become a scapegoat for a wide variety of other unrelated ills. It has been promoted and extended by similarly misguided business marketing agents, politicians, journalists, government agencies, and environmentalists.”
Climate change is the predicate upon which Biden, the United Nations, World Economic Forum, and thousands of environmental groups are claiming we need to permanently protect 30 percent of our lands and waters by the year 2030, if we’re to save the planet.
Biden is getting pressure from all directions to make this declaration. He, and dozens of world leaders are pushing heavily for net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, but the scientists of CLINTEL assert that this is not only “unrealistic,” but harmful to world economies.
The recent disasters such as the wildfires in Maui and Canada, the heatwaves across the globe, and other events are all being blamed on climate change. But the scientists state “[T]here is no statistical evidence that global warming is intensifying hurricanes, floods, droughts and suchlike natural disasters, or making them more frequent.”
However, congressional Democrats are using the summer’s heat as “proof” global warming is happening as a result of greenhouse gas emissions caused by man and animals, mostly livestock. Oregon Rep. Earl Blumenaur has introduced legislation that requires Biden to declare a climate emergency and is co-sponsored by 62 congressional Democrats.
The Congressional Research Service claims presidential emergency powers “may be exercised in the event that the nation is threatened by crisis, exigency, or emergency circumstances.” According to the Center for Biological Diversity, under an emergency declaration, the president could:
- End crude oil exports;
- End all offshore oil and gas leasing;
- Restrict U.S. fossil fuel exports and end hundreds of billions of dollars in overseas fossil fuel investments; and
- Dramatically accelerate a transition to clean energy (which is their ultimate goal).
Others argue that by declaring an emergency, Biden could censor those disagreeing with the climate crisis just like what happened during the COVID campaign. In essence, this is already taking place when anyone disagrees with the climate gestapo.
The CLINTEL declaration challenges many of the common climate claims like, the earth will soon pass “tipping points that will lead to catastrophic environmental damage, including dangerous sea level rise, entire species going extinct, and even greater suffering in many nations, especially the poorest.”
The species extinction lie and loss of habitat due to development, are the main excuses given by Biden to take 30, and then 50 percent of our lands and waters by 2050. These reasons are simply bogus. They are tactics to scare the American people into believing a climate crisis is real and the only way to solve it is for government to own half of America.
One television commentator recently said if Biden declares an emergency, it will be the spark that ignites a civil war. Let’s hope and pray that does not happen, but be prepared and forewarned.
